You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for a store credit. Items outside of this time period cannot be returned or exchanged. Please reach out to us at hisnherstumblers@yahoo.com for return instructions.

If you have received a defective item or your order is missing an item, please reach out to us at hisnherstumblers@yahoo.com within 30 days of receiving your order with pictures and or video of the defective item or a picture of your packing slip for the missing item/items. Items outside of this time period will not be credited or replaced.

Please make sure your cup is not damaged or defective before customizing as no credit or replacement will be issued.
